Any additions after the payment deadline are limited to 5 people at the special rate; others will be charged the regular group rate. Refunds are available up to the date of the trip, but cannot exceed 10 people. No other refunds will be given. If raining on the date of the trip a rain date may be scheduled.
IF YOU WILL BE MAILING YOUR RESERVATIONS, PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE "MAIL-IN PDF FORM HERE" AND MAIL IT (or fax it [215.297.5643]) TO RIVERCOUNTRY WITH YOUR PAYMENT[ P.O. Box 6, Point Pleasant, PA, 18950], (or purchase it now on-line at the bottom of this page)) with your reservation prior to April 30, 2016.We need name of group, group leader, address and day, evening and fax phone numbers, date and time of trip, which activity, the quantity of equipment, the number of people. Specify how many children and counselors if applicable. Youth organizations qualify for 1 free counselor for each 10 paying children.
We also require a security deposit of $50 for tubing or $10 per boat for boating. This is refunded at the end of you trip if applicable. (All policies must be followed and equipment returned in good condition. Please see our POLICY PAGE HERE.)
No effort is spared to assure you a safe experience. However river activities have inherent risks and dangers. Everyone will be asked to sign a waiver and release of liability. A parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18. Lifeguards or guides are not provided. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed on our trips.
Your own food and beverages are not permitted on our outings. You may purchase beverages here in thermos jugs to take on your outing. Our food concession can arrange special meal packages (Please see the page in this fax for details or Call the Red Musroom or Email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) for details. Or you may bring a picnic lunch for before or after your outing.
You are responsible to make sure everyone in your group knows the food, beverage, no alcohol, and other policies and restrictions. You gather in the group area and just the group leader comes to the office with your head count.
School buses can go over the bridge to our property.
