Safety at Bucks County River Country is our number one job. As with any outdoor activity with water sports there is Risk involved. Since Bucks County River Country is FULLY insured at great cost to us, Insurance Companies and their underwriters for Outfitters such as River Country, continue to impose requirements such as Liability Release forms (to be filled out and signed) by potential customers before they participate in any activities offered by Water Sport Outfitters.

GREAT NEWS!, Our underwriter is now permitting electronic electronic liability release forms. Now merely fill out our pdf form on line by clicking here, fill it out (one copy per person still required), and click the submit button. It's that simple. No stamp, no fax. This of course will help you in your activity

If this happens you have two choices, you can fill out the form and click submit, or fill out the form, and attach it to an email and send it to: liability2008@rivercountry.net

You can still download our Liability release form (in a printable PDF format) here. A individual completed form for each and every participant is required.(We suggest you do it on line via the above link) If your group has children (persons under the age of 18), a form for each child must be filled out and signed by the childs parent or guardian.

BEWARE OF ANY WATER SPORT OUTFITTERS THAT DO NOT HAVE SUCH REQUIREMENTS, AND PUBLIC POSTING OF INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION. Bucks County River Country has been following Local, State and Federal law for 40 years, and we intend to continue to abide by these laws legal responsibilities, and insurance requirements for the protection of our customers and ourselves.
